Monolift 

This high-quality tool is simply hooked into the power rack and secured with a steel pin. The monolift always brings the barbell into the right position for squats and other core exercises. Walkouts are no longer necessary. With the open construction of the hooks, it is very easy to put it down. The construction is suitable for all barbells with a grip width of 115 cm or more. A backstop prevents the lift from swinging.
