The Landmine offers an indescribable training spectrum in connection with a heavy 50 mm weight plate and a 50 mm barbell. The Landmine is simply attached to one or more weight plates with its push-on tube that is 18 cm long. Then the 50 mm barbell is pushed into the receiving tube of the Landmine.
